Here's how the "New Customer Referral Program" works:
1. Click on the "Family Fuel Referral Form" PDF Icon below to open the form and print it.
2. Fill in your information in the top half of the form then give it to a friend to fill in the lower half.
3. New Customer must call Family Fuel at 516-678-1227 to schedule an appointment to sign up.
Note! The completed "New Customer Referral Form" must be given to the Family Fuel
salesman at the time of "Full Service Contract" signing.
4. Once your new referral has been signed and approved as a "Full Service Customer", both you
and your friend will receive a $50 credit that can be applied towards a future oil delivery.
