Your Terms & Conditions for Heating Oil Delivery...
The homeowner or business owner is responsible to inspect periodically, the oil storage tanks and delivery piping to insure that they are in serviceable condition. I also understand that the owner is responsible for any clean-up costs in the event of a leaking tank and/or oil spill caused by a piping leak or malfunctioning vent alarm fill whistle. Family Fuel will not deliver oil to this location if the vent alarm fill whistle sound is NOT heard when attempting to fill the tank or the driver determines that the delivery location is unsafe.
All COD deliveries will be scheduled during normal business hours for online orders. All orders are scheduled upon receipt of order, or next business day if order is placed after hours (holidays excluded). Normal delivery time is within 48 hours of scheduling. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Emergency Orders must be placed by phone only and overtime charges may apply. Once your order has been placed it is subject to our Ordering, Credits & Return Policy listed below.
Our terms and conditions of sale include information listed under Terms & Conditions, so please review your order prior to submitting it online. Your Personal and credit card information will be secure and encrypted. All information provided on this site by you will not be sold to any third parties, and will only be used for your private account with us.
Ordering, Credits & Return Policy
We can not return or remove any heating oil once it has been delivered and all orders placed will be delivered. You will only be charged for the amount of gallons you ordered. The delivery driver will leave a printed receipt in your mailbox that shows the actual gallons delivered to your residence or business along with the total delivery and any applicable County Sales Taxes and/ or Service Charges. In the event that you placed an order for too much fuel, a credit will be issued to your credit card for any undelivered gallons.
Order Cancellation, Multiple Orders or Withdrawn Orders Policy
You will be subject to a mandatory 4% processing fee for order cancellations, multiple orders or withdrawn orders. Heating Oil prices may change on a daily basis due to market conditions. Prices may differ on the day of delivery from the date of order depending on market price fluctuations however; your price is locked in on the date that you place your order. Only Full Service Customers have a charge account with Family Fuel & Heating Service. Will Call Customers (including web orders) must either pay online with a credit or debit card or pay the driver at the time of delivery. The driver can accept cash, money orders or certified checks ONLY! NO Personal Checks are permitted. If no one is home at time of delivery to pay the driver for a COD cash delivery, the fuel will not be delivered.
